Return Policy

At Redeemed Computers, we understand the importance of confidence in your purchase, especially when it comes to used items. If you need to return a used item, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

Timeframe:

You may return a used item within 14 days of receipt.

Condition:

The used item must be returned in the same condition it was received. This includes:

  • No additional wear or damage beyond what was described at the time of purchase
  • All original components and accessories included
  • Any original packaging intact, if applicable

Initiating a Return:

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned used item and verifying its condition, we will expedite the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If you have not received the refund within 15 days of initiating the return, please contact us for further assistance.

Exclusions:
