Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Redeemed Computers for your refurbished electronics needs. Below is our shipping policy to ensure you have a seamless experience with us.

Shipping Days:

We ship orders daily from Tuesday to Friday via UPS and FedEx, and Tuesday to Saturday via USPS.

Free Store Pickup:

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can do so at our location: 5030 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68134 Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Order Processing:

Orders placed by 10:00 am CST on a shipping day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am CST or on non-shipping days will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

Tracking Information:

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your order. This allows you to conveniently monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.

Damaged Shipments:

While we take utmost care in packaging your order, we understand that damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 402-590-2100 ext. 005 or via email at office@crosstc.com. Kindly provide photos of the damage to expedite the resolution process.
